Konfigurasi singkat DSLAM ZTE

Langkah langkah troubleshoot DSLAM ZTE

  • Cari port akses customer berdasarkan vlan
    7.BNC—-.03.33(config)# show vlan 3786

    dari hasil diatas dapat dilihat vlan 3786 ada di port 13/15
  • Cek status port akses

dari hasil diatas tampak status port up dengan speed downstream(Atuc) 1227 Kbps dan Upstream 300 Kbps (Atur)
  • Cek SNR dan Att jaringan customer

Hasil command show adsl physical 13/15 sebenarnya panjang, hanya saja yang perlu dilihat hanya 4 parameter diatas. Jika dibandingkan dengan dslam huawei hasil dari dslam zte harus dibagi 10. Misal untuk AtucCurrSnrMgn nilainya adalah 220dB jika di dslam huawei sama dengan 22dB.
  • Cek lineprofil dan cara pasangnya di port akses

Kita tinggal pilih profil yang sesuai bandwidth customer. Misal bandwitdh customer 128 Kbps
dan profil eksisting adalah 1024 Kbps kita bisa gunakan profil P_384_192.PRF agar tidak membebani jaringan
cek eksisting profil di port akses

  • Cara buat lineprofil baru
    Jika tidak ada profil yang sesuai dengan bandwidth customer maka perlu dibuat profil baru yang sesuai. Yang perlu diperhatikan hanya 8 parameter terkait bandwidth upstream dan downstream. Parameter lain biarkan default saja dengan cara tekan enter

    Misalkan vlan 3786 ingin dipindah ke port 13/1

  • Cara Buat vlan baru

    Selanjutnya tinggal pasang vlan pada port yang diinginkan seperti step sebelumnya
